
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup buttermilk (can also just add 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar to milk)
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 T sugar
1 cup flour
Preparation
Start by heating up a pan on medium heat, preferably cast iron or carbon steel
add all eggs to bowl and whisk until uniform color
add all of the flour
add milk and mix until there are no remaining clumps
add buttermilk, sugar, salt and mix
take a cold stick of butter and rub it in the pan to create a nice layer of melted butter. The butter should sizzle when it touches the pan. It it doesn't, turn up the heat.
pour a thin layer of batter in the pan.
cook until the batter has set and the bottom has browned.
flip with a rubber spatula and finish cooking on the other side.
Place on a plate and allow to cool. Top with Nutella, whip cream, fresh berries and more.
