Ingredients:
4-6 T Marinara Sauce
1/4 - 1/2 cup Fresh Mozzarella
Olive Oil
Pinch Salt
Pepper
Basil
Preparation
Stretch dough to about 12 inches
Add sauce and spread toward the outside while still leaving a crust. Try not to get it on the crust. This can cause the sauce to fall off on peel and cause it to stick.
Add fresh Mozzarella. I like to either shred it by hand or cut it up in cubes and place less in the middle of the pizza and more toward the crust
Drizzle olive oil all over pizza, not including the crust
add pinch of salt and desired pepper across the top of pizza
After the pizza is cooked and ready, add about 4 basil leaves all over pizza. I like to shred or cut it up.
