Ingredients:
2 15oz cans of peaches in natural syrup
1 T cinnamon
1 package of white or yellow cake mix
1 stick Butter
Preparation
Pour peaches in the dutch oven and cut up the peaches with scissors or the lid from the can
add cinamon and 2-3 T cake mix (depending on how you like the juices) and stir
Sprinkle the rest of the cake mix over top
Cut the butter and place it evenly over top the cake mix
add another sprinkle of cinnamon over top if so desired
Cook with 8 charcoal on bottom and 16 on top for a 12 inch cast iron
Cook for 45 minutes, rotating the the base 90 degrees and the top counter 90 degrees every 15 minutes
Dish and serve. I really enjoy it with some vanilla ice cream if I have some
