Ingredients:
1 can San Marzano Tomatoes 28oz
1 t kosher salt
1 t oregeno
drizzle olive oil
Preparation
open can of tomatoes, you can make this in the can if you are careful or just pour it in a separate container.
add salt and oregano
With an emersion blender blend it 3-5 pulses. You want to break it down but don't mix it till it's frothy.
you could also pour it in a blender or even do it by hand and just crush the tomatoes up
