Ingredients:

  • 1 can San Marzano Tomatoes 28oz

  • 1 t kosher salt

  • 1 t oregeno

  • drizzle olive oil

Preparation

  1. open can of tomatoes, you can make this in the can if you are careful or just pour it in a separate container.

  2. add salt and oregano

  3. With an emersion blender blend it 3-5 pulses. You want to break it down but don't mix it till it's frothy.

  4. you could also pour it in a blender or even do it by hand and just crush the tomatoes up
